All letters are sanded, hand-painted, and generously clear-coated with a gloss finish.  Hand-painted wood embellishments may be included at no additional charge upon request (football, helmet, etc.).<br>Each letter is painted with a unique design.  I select designs for each letter based on what I think will fit and look best.  If you have specific design or logo requests, just let me know and I can usually work them in.  If you would prefer not to use embellishments, or vice versa, please let me know that as well.  Without specific requests, the letters you see in my example pictures are an accurate representation of what you will get.<br>COLOR NOTE:<br>I use navy, Kelly green and a golden yellow with a tan undertone.  This is the color combo used for Jameson.  For comparison-sake, Ryan was done with a bright yellow.  If you prefer bright yellow, let me know when you place your order.  Otherwise the golden yellow is my standard color choice.<br>I recommend Velcro Command Strips for hanging.<br>FONTS AND PRICING:<br>One 6 Inch Letter is $22.99<br>One 8" Inch Letter is $28.49<br>One 10" Inch Letter is $34.99<br>ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:<br>Select the letter size that you want, enter the number of letters that you need (for example, to order Jack, enter "4" as the quantity) then click on 'Buy It Now'. Place your order requests (name, theme and any design requests) under "Message to Seller" with your payment. Make sure to click on "Save" after you enter your order details. Official order confirmation will be emailed within 1 week. Please review this information carefully to make sure I have recorded your order correctly.<br>SHIPPING INFORMATION:<br>Shipping is $4 per letter, regardless of size or location.  No international shipping.  I do ship to all 50 states, APOs and FPOs.<br>Shipping includes postage, handling and packaging fees.  Please note that I often have to buy boxes for large items, as well as bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.<br>Most orders are shipped via 2-day priority mail using USPS.  I occasionally use FedEx or UPS for large/heavy orders if there is a significant cost savings.<br>All orders will be shipped with a tracking number.  Once an order leaves my hands and is recorded as received by the shipper, you will need to contact the shipper directly with any questions or issues regarding delivery.<br>If your item is not received or if it arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours.  In the event that your order arrives damaged, photographs of the box and the damaged item are required.  The damaged item AND box must be saved.  In some instances we may be able to file an insurance claim with the shipper.  They may request photographs of the box, or even to physically see the box.  In other instances the damaged item may need to be returned to me.  Damaged item reports after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.  See return policy for more information.<br>Your custom order will ship<br>approximately 40 business days<br>following full payment and receipt of order details<br>.<br>Please keep in mind that while it does not take me 40+ business days to complete your order, I usually have at least 30+ open orders at any one time and I do them in the order received.
